Biography
I graduated from Woodbury High School in 1985 and returned in 1993 to raise my family. I've seen Woodbury grow from a drive-through city to a destination hot spot for people all over the metro area and Western Wisconsin.

Greg and I have been married for 27 years. When our family started to grow, we made the decision that I would put my career as a court reporter on hold and stay home with the kids. Twenty-five years and five kids later, I am an active volunteer, a Woodbury city councilmember, and a homeschooling mom. Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving Woodbury in numerous roles including:
-
Woodbury Hockey Board Squirt Director and Bantam/16U Director
-
WAA baseball and soccer coach
-
Lion's Garage Sale Directory sales coordinator
-
National Archery in the Schools (NASP) coach
-
Church Volunteer
-
Gymnastics Booster Club board member/meet director
-
Homeschool Mentor
-
Election Judge
-
Woodbury City Councilmember

WHY KIM?
It has been an honor and a privilege to represent the people and businesses of Woodbury for the past four years as a Woodbury city councilmember. I offer a diverse voice with a different perspective on issues. I encourage public input and engagement. I will remain open-minded while not compromising on values. I would love the opportunity to remain on city council to offer that diverse voice and continue my work towards a more transparent and accountable government.

As a member of council, I will continue to:
-
Cut wasteful spending and remain fiscally responsible.
-
Work towards a fully staffed public safety department.
-
Be a voice for responsible growth.
-
Ensure our basic infrastructure has adequate funding today and into the future.
-
Seek common-sense solutions for our growing city.
-
Remain open and accessible to the public with continued "Coffee and Conversations with Kim."
